Effective learning and teaching across years 4-6 in an ILE
Join West Rolleston Year 3/4 teachers - Rebecca Lambert, Janelle Osborne and Peter Northmore who will share their experiences teaching in a collaborative team. They'll share how they work together to meet the needs of all their learners. Not only will there be the opportunity to listen, but also a chance to talk in smaller groups with these teachers to explore not just 'why' they have worked together this way but also 'how' they work together — the strategies and processes that have supported them working together in this way.
The team plan to share:
- This is how we work! - How they use different co-teaching models and systems for effective collaboration.
- Learner agency! - How they create opportunities for students to take the lead with their learning.
- Learning for engagement - The team will share the exciting things that make learning at West Rolleston unique - as decided by the students!
