For schools wanting to provide clear messaging to their school communities regarding the changes happening in schools.
This workshop builds on ideas provided in the Grow Waitaha Communication Guide Prototype sent out to schools at the beginning of Term 3, 2018. The focus of the workshop will be on:
- the what and how of messaging
- communicating change to parents and community
- media contact and protocols
- simplified communications strategy
- issues in your context
Ideas discussed will be specifically related to communication regarding changes to learning design, use of space, collaborative teaching and other aspects of changes being supported by the Grow Waitaha programme.
