***Please note the date for the second Wellbeing Activator has changed to Monday 10 June*****
Grow Waitaha, in partnership with NZIWR™, is offering a series of Wellbeing Activator events (one per term) suitable for educators from Canterbury in the secondary and primary/ECE sectors.
The purpose is to support schools and centres in Greater Canterbury as they continue to grow the wellbeing of their students and staff by developing whole-school community approaches that are adaptable to their “wellbeing journey” (ie: maybe they are at the very beginning or perhaps bringing considerable experience with comprehensive school programmes already in place).
This is about activating and providing inspiration to schools and educators in their wellbeing focus with students and staff
The second Wellbeing Activator is on Monday 10 June from 1.30-4.30
The theme for this second Wellbeing Activator is Authentic partnerships with students.
It will feature guest speaker Daisy Lavea-Timo, Southern Regional Relationship Manager for the Ministry of Youth Development. Educators and students from Avonside Girls High School and Clearview Primary will also share and interact with attendees.
