Leading digital transformation in a school was already a challenge, but the urgent shift to Hybrid Learning has left many digital leaders on the back foot.
Grow Waitaha is hosting a leadership network for digital leaders (and aspiring digital leaders), open to all kura in the Waitaha region. You are invited to connect with other leaders and grow leadership capacity together.
The network meets for two afternoon hui each term (online during red traffic light), to share kai, kōrero, and tools for your kete. There is also individual leadership coaching/mentoring available from the Grow Waitaha facilitators to help you and your kura on your digital transformation journey.
