Kōkirihia rangatahi wānanga

Share your experiences at Kōkirihia rangatahi wānanga

Tokona Te Raki, supported by Grow Waitaha invites Māori and Pacific student leaders (age 16 years and over) to become local change champions by attending a wānanga where they will be empowered to create positive change in education.

Kōkirihia - the plan for removing streaming from our schools draws on the voices of 15 educational organisations. This opportunity seeks to elevate the voices of our rangatahi and to empower them to guide the next steps to create positive change.

Wānanga hosted by Tokona Te Raki and Grow Waitaha, will support rangatahi to connect, network, develop understanding of systems thinking and share their thinking, experiences, and ideas for growth.

The first Wānanga is on Wednesday 28 June at 15 Show Place.

Koha will be provided to all who participate.

If you have any questions please contact: Kaya Staples: Kaya.Staples@ngaitahu.iwi.nz
